Service Description

By training and fuelling around our natural physiology and menstrual cycle we can achieve greater outcomes in performance and recovery, prevent RED-S, hypothalamic amenorrhea and recurrent injury. These nutrition plans are tailored to the individual athletes program, goals and phases of the menstrual cycle. Initial appointment is 1.5hrs Subsequent weekly check ins are 30minutes
