Why Freya?

Freya Health aims to nurture, educate and empower people to take control of their health and flourish through nutrition and lifestyle

Life should be lived to its fullest without compromise. The purpose of Freya Health is to help people achieve their happiest and healthiest self.

In Norse mythology Freya was the Goddess of love, beauty and fertility. The name encompasses what we at Freya Health are so passionate about. Friday was named after Freya. Follow us on our socials for Fertility Friday updates.

The daisy was Freya’s sacred flower; thus, the daisy symbolises childbirth, motherhood and new beginnings.
